Most recruiting will be done in game. If you are with the shell currently and are trying to register with the site it should be easy to do. As we are starting out, all further applicants may be considered for participation with the shell. If you are a current member and looking to recruit someone I ask that you notify me beforehand so that I can keep track of our progress. I do not want any new members joining the shell without my permission first. Thank you.
